Founded in March of 2024 by establishing a partnership with Whitetail Meadow in Niverville Manitoba- Tortuga’s Smokehouse, has been a pathway full of gratitude and personal growth.

With much to learn of the food service industry, our partnership with Whitetail meadow has served us well in aligning ourselves with seasoned professionals from the hospitality industry, having the shared  vision and primary goal of our customers having an exceptional overall experience. 

Our goal as an organization is unique in more ways than one and our priority is to ensure every effort is made to contribute to a favourable experience for our customers. Building long-standing relationships built on mutual trust & respect while adding in a whole lot of good southern BBQ along the way!

Although we specialize in traditional Wood Fired Southern BBQ, our catering & special events menu is much deeper than that. Providing everything from traditional BBQ to hand carved Prime Rib paired with some of the finest side dishes & desserts, resulting in a culinary experience unparalleled by any other.
